Rosa Hovia Hoang Hoa Tham is a five-story house reserved entirely for your group, approximately 500 m from West Lake. An entire-house booking gives you exclusive use of all three bedrooms, bathrooms, the kitchen, and the home’s shared spaces, with no other guest groups staying in the house. The second, third, and fourth floors each have one King bedroom and a dedicated private bathroom directly across a short hallway. All three bedrooms offer similar amenities, including a workspace, sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, and Wi-Fi. On the fifth floor, you’ll find a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and a balcony. An elevator connects the floors. The house is tucked into a small alley off Hoang Hoa Tham Street, approximately 3 km from Hanoi’s Old Quarter. Cars stop at the alley entrance, just a short walk from the front door. Self check-in is available, with instructions sent before arrival. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Parties and smoking inside the bedrooms are not permitted.
