Room description
Born from the shared opening sound of "Hanoi" and "Haven", the name evokes a place of refuge — serene, tranquil, and quietly inspiring — while echoing the idea of a "Heaven", a little paradise where creativity and artistic inspiration can unfold without end. Drawing from the distinctive palette of Hanoi’s Old Quarter, the design of 𝑯𝑨𝑽𝑬𝑵 brings together the timeless charms of the city — its warm hues, graceful details, and unmistakable character — carefully gathered and woven into the place where you pause, unwind, and make yourself at home. A private room at Rosa Hovia Hoang Hoa Tham offers a comfortable stay for one or two guests, approximately 500 m from West Lake. There is just one bedroom on each floor from the second to the fourth. Each room features a King bed, workspace, sofa, Smart TV, air conditioning, mini fridge, and Wi-Fi. Your dedicated private bathroom is directly across a short hallway from the bedroom; it is not inside the bedroom. A privacy curtain separates the bedroom and bathroom area from the elevator and stairs. Guests can also use the shared kitchen and laundry facilities on the fifth floor. The five-story house has an elevator and offers self check-in, with instructions sent before arrival. It is tucked into a small alley off Hoang Hoa Tham Street; cars stop at the alley entrance, just a short walk from the house. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM. Parties and smoking inside the room are not permitted. Contact Rosa Hovia directly for a better rate tailored to your stay, especially if you’re planning to stay for several nights.

One of the very best place to stay, definitely book this again for the next trip to Hanoi. Was a bit skeptical at first cuz it doesn’t have a lot of booking but after staying there, I feel it was too lowkey of a place. The amenities at this place is very well equipped, clean and nicely decorated, LOVE IT. The only draw back was that it was a bit far from city centre (the old quarter/ba dinh), if you don’t have a bike it will be very challenging to travel around (car will be a bit big for this area).
