The Bunny Room

Rosa’s stay was amazing! Just like the photos, nothing bad hidden or avoided in photos - which was refreshing since i had came from a much worse bnb. Her place had all the amenities listed, the laundry/dryer were amazing and was on the rooftop which like the room had a very cozy vibe to it. Atop of that theres hot water, via turning on the water heater - and the bathroom has a vent that gives it a handful of features such as heating the room or venting. Rosa was extremely communicative before and throughout my stay and even helped work a deal out for me for a late checkout! Also the room smelled so great !! 😊

I had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Rosa’s cozy private room. From the moment I arrived, everything felt smooth, thoughtful, and incredibly well‑organized. The automatic check‑in made the process effortless, and the building itself is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The room is exactly as described — comfortable, spotless, and fully equipped with everything you need for a short or long stay. Having a private kitchen and bathroom inside the room was a huge plus, and all the amenities worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable, the space was quiet, and I slept extremely well throughout my stay. The location is fantastic. Although the building sits in a peaceful alley, it’s only a few steps from a main two‑way street lined with trees and local conveniences. Getting around was easy and quick — just a few minutes to Royal City, and a short ride to major attractions like Văn Miếu Quốc Tử Giám and the Old Quarter. It’s the perfect balance of calm and convenience.

If you’re looking for a clean place to stay, this is it! The location gives you access to local cuisine as well as western options via the Vitcom mall which is very close to the apartment. I’d stay here again if I ever visit Hanoi again. Ms. Rosa was very responsive to my questions and requests.
